Terms of Service

Last updated: 9/12/2026

Welcome to The $10,000,000 Page. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our pixel marketplace.

1. The Service

The $10,000,000 Page is a digital advertising board made of 10,000 blocks. Users may purchase blocks, set a declared value, and add a title, link, and color. Blocks in prime zones require ongoing rent; blocks in outer zones may be purchased once.

2. Credits & Payments

All marketplace activity is paid for with credits. One credit equals one U.S. dollar of purchase value. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and added on top of the pack price at checkout; a $50 pack always grants exactly 50 credits regardless of tax charged. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. You agree to Stripe's terms and any applicable fees.

3. Credits Are Not Withdrawable

Credits are a limited-use, non-transferable license to access features of this site. They have no cash value, are not a deposit, stored-value instrument, gift card, or e-money, and accrue no interest. Credits cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred between accounts, or sold. This applies equally to credits you purchase and to credits you receive when another user buys one of your blocks — proceeds from a block sale are credited to your in-site wallet only and are spendable solely within this site.

Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding credits are reversed from your wallet, and blocks acquired with them may be reclaimed.

4. Block Ownership

Any block is immediately buyable by another user at its current declared value. When your block is bought, you receive the purchase price as non-withdrawable credits. You may not prevent others from buying your block. Block ownership is a revocable license to display content in an area of the page; it conveys no property, equity, or securities interest.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use blocks for illegal content, malware, phishing, deceptive or misleading advertising, link shorteners and redirect trackers that obscure the destination, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, weapons, controlled substances, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. Automated agents acting on your behalf are your responsibility and are held to the same standard.

Anyone can report a block from its detail page. We may hide a block's title, link, and color at any time, with or without notice, when we believe it breaches this section, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. A hidden block keeps its holder and its declared value — it remains buyable and, in the prime zone, continues to accrue rent. No refund or credit is issued for content removed under this section.

5a. Refunds

Credit purchases are final. As a courtesy we will refund an unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of those credits have been spent; contact us at the address below. Purchases that are refunded or charged back have the corresponding credits reversed from your wallet, and if your balance goes negative, blocks you hold may be reclaimed to settle it. Credits already spent on a block, on outbidding, or on rent are not refundable, including where a block was later bought out by someone else, hidden for a content breach, or repossessed for unpaid rent. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable consumer law. Stripe is the merchant of record and handles chargebacks and transaction-level support for your purchase.

6. Rent, Grace Period & Eviction

Prime-zone blocks incur recurring rent calculated as a percentage of the value you declare. Rent is debited from your credit wallet; it is not a separate card charge. If your wallet is short when rent falls due, we email you and open a 48-hour grace period. If the balance is still insufficient when that window closes, the block is repossessed and returns to the board as unclaimed. No refund or credit is issued for a repossessed block.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from market activity, agent behavior, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
